Delivery of Documents in Digital Format. In this Agreement, the Operator is obligated to deliver reports, records, drawings, proposals and other documentary submittals in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder. The Operator agrees that all such documents may be submitted to the District either in printed form (in the number of copies indicated) or, in digital form, unless the District otherwise specifies.
