Delivery of Documents; Purchases of Subsequent Mortgage Loans. Prior to any purchase of Subsequent Mortgage Loans after the purchase of Initial Mortgage Loans, the actions, conditions and deliveries specified in Section 2.02 shall have been taken or made, as the case may be with respect to the Subsequent Mortgage Loans.
