Delivery of Documents to ACHD. Following the parties’ written acknowledgment of the final Project plans and Engineer’s Estimate, Developer shall cause the Project engineer to submit the following to ACHD: a. three (3) sets of the Project plans; and b. any other related information requested by ACHD.
