Delivery of Due Diligence Materials Upon Termination. Upon any termination of this Master Purchase and Sale Agreement pursuant to this ARTICLE IV, Purchaser promptly shall (1) return all original Seller Due Diligence Materials provided to Purchaser, and destroy all other Seller Due Diligence Materials, and (2) use commercially reasonable efforts to cause all Persons to whom Purchaser has provided Seller Due Diligence Materials to return any original Seller Due Diligence Materials to Purchaser, and destroy all other Seller Due Diligence Materials.
