Common use of Delivery of Escrow Amount Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Escrow Amount. Buyer shall deliver to Escrow Agent by wire transfer of immediately available funds the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Dollars ($1,875,000.00) (“Escrow Amount”). Escrow Agent shall acknowledge receipt of the Escrow Amount by a means acceptable to the Escrow Agent, which Escrow Amount shall be held and disposed of by Escrow Agent in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
