If the OF Manager determines that the Note Holder has, subject to clause 3, an obligation to a Facility Provider to fund a redraw under a Redraw Facility provided by the Issuer, the OF Manager must deliver to the Issuer and the SF Manager a Facility Provider Funding Notice in accordance with this clause 4.
