Common use of Delivery of Home Loan Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Home Loan Documents. (a) With respect to each Home Loan, the Transferor and/or the Depositor, as applicable, shall, on the Closing Date, deliver or caused to be delivered to the Custodian, as the designated agent of the Indenture Trustee, each of the following documents (collectively, the "Indenture Trustee's Home Loan Files"):

Delivery of Home Loan Documents. (a) With respect to each Initial Home Loan, the Transferor and/or the Depositor, as applicable, shall, on the Closing Date, deliver Date the Transferor and the Seller have delivered or caused to be delivered delivered, and with respect to each Subsequent Home Loan, on the related Subsequent Transfer Dates, the Transferor and the Seller will deliver or will cause to be delivered, to the Custodian, Custodian as the designated agent of the Indenture Trustee, Trustee each of the following documents (collectively, the "Indenture Trustee's Home Loan Files"):
