Common use of Delivery of Independent Public Accountants' Servicing Reports Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Independent Public Accountants' Servicing Reports. The Servicer shall cause Independent Public Accountants to furnish to the Company, the Trustee and each Rating Agency within 90 days following the last day of each fiscal year of the Servicer (commencing with the fiscal year ending on or about December 31, 2003) a letter to the effect that such firm has performed certain agreed upon procedures (as set forth in Exhibit B hereto) relating to the Servicer with respect to the Receivables and each such Person's performance hereunder during the preceding fiscal year and describing such firm's findings with respect to such procedures. A copy of such report may be obtained by any Investor Certificateholder upon a request in writing to the Trustee addressed to the Corporate Trust Office.
