Delivery of Instruments of Assumption. Buyer shall have delivered to Sellers, in accordance with Section 2.4 hereof instruments (in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Granite’s counsel) pursuant to which Buyer assumes and agrees to perform the Assumed Obligations and all other documents, instruments and certificates required to be delivered by Buyer to Sellers pursuant to this Agreement or otherwise reasonably requested by Sellers to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
