At the Closing, Sellers shall deliver to Buyer such deeds, bills of sale, assignments and other good and sufficient instruments of conveyance, transfer and assignment as shall be necessary to vest in Buyer title in and to the Purchased Assets of the quality described in Section 5.01(i) hereof.
