Common use of Delivery of Investment Guideline Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Investment Guideline. Within the term of this Agreement, Party A shall formulate the Investment Guideline yearly and, within 20 business days following the start of each year, provide to Party B in written the Investment Guideline. If Party A does not provide the Investment Guideline in a timely fashion, the Investment Guideline most recently delivered by Party A shall apply to Party B’s management of Entrusted Assets.
