Delivery of Issuance Notice. An Issuance Notice or any amendment thereto shall be deemed delivered on the Trading Day that it is received by facsimile or e-mail (and the Company confirms such delivery by telephone (including voicemail message)) by BNYMCM. No Issuance Notice or any amendment thereto may be delivered other than on a Trading Day during the Commitment Period.
