Delivery of Landlord Guaranty and SNDA. Contemporaneously with such Transfer (A) if otherwise required by this Lease in order for such Transfer to be a Permitted Sale, the Landlord Guarantor of such transferee Landlord must execute and deliver to Tenant a Landlord Guaranty, and (B) if applicable, such transferee Landlord and its Landlord Lenders must execute and deliver to Tenant an SNDA; and
