Delivery of Leased Property Upon Termination. The Lessee shall, (i) subject to Section 4.2(c) hereof, upon the early termination of the full Term of this Lease Agreement pursuant to Section 4.2(b) hereof, or (ii) on the date set by the Lessor pursuant to Section 9.2(c) hereof, deliver the Leased Property to the Lessor, or another person, as directed by the Lessor, in at least as good condition and repair as when delivered to Lessee, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The Leased Property shall be delivered to the Lessor, or another person, as directed by the Lessor, as herein required, free and clear of all liens, encumbrances and rights of others except Permitted Encumbrances (other than this Lease Agreement).
