Common use of Delivery of Moneys Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Moneys. During the term of this Agreement, the Trust will deliver or cause to be delivered to the Custodian all moneys to be held by the Custodian for the account of any Fund. The Custodian with prior notification to the Trust shall be entitled to reverse any deposits made on any Fund's behalf where such deposits have been entered and moneys are not finally collected within 30 days of the making of such entry.
