Common use of Delivery of Mortgage Loan Data Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Mortgage Loan Data. With respect to each pool of Mortgage Loans to be serviced under this Agreement, no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the Inbound Transfer Date (or as otherwise mutually agreed between the Owner and the Servicer), the Owner shall furnish or cause to be furnished to the Servicer complete and accurate Mortgage Loan data reflecting the status of payments, balances and other pertinent information necessary to service such Mortgage Loans including but not limited to: (i) master file; (ii) Adjustable-Rate Mortgage Loan master file; (iii) escrow file; (iv) tax and insurance payee file; (v) Adjustable-Rate Mortgage Loan history file; (vi) servicing activities; and (vii) any other pertinent information reasonably required by the Servicer. Such information shall be provided to the Servicer in such electronic format as is mutually agreed upon by both parties.
