Delivery of Mortgage Loan Documents. The Seller shall deliver and release to the Custodian no later than two (2) Business Days prior to the related Closing Date those Mortgage Loan Documents set forth on Exhibit A-1 hereto as required by the Custodial Agreement with respect to each Mortgage Loan set forth on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule.
