Delivery of Mortgage Notes. With the exception of Wet Funded Loans, the Mortgage Note endorsed in blank or to the Purchaser required to be delivered for the Eligible Loan by the Seller or the Servicer (on behalf of the Additional Seller), as applicable, under the Custodial Agreement has been delivered to the Custodian on or prior to Closing Date. With respect to Wet Funded Loans, the Mortgage Note will be delivered as soon as practicable, but in no event later than 21 days from the Closing Date.
