Delivery of New AIRs Upon Exercise. If this AIR shall have been exercised in part, the Company shall, at the time of delivery of the certificate or certificates representing the AIR Securities, deliver to Holder a new AIR evidencing the rights of Holder to purchase the unpurchased AIR Securities called for by this AIR, which new AIR shall in all other respects be identical with this AIR.
