Delivery of New Note. At the request of PCJL and upon the surrender of the Note to Assignee, Assignee shall execute a new promissory note evidencing the Assumed Obligations that shall be substantially similar to the Note, other than such modifications as are required to evidence Assignee's assumption of the Assigned Obligations.
