Delivery of New Preferred Investment Options Upon Exercise. If this Preferred Investment Option shall have been exercised in part, the Company shall, at the request of a Holder and upon surrender of this Preferred Investment Option certificate, at the time of delivery of the Preferred Investment Option Shares, deliver to the Holder a new Preferred Investment Option evidencing the rights of the Holder to purchase the unpurchased Preferred Investment Option Shares called for by this Preferred Investment Option, which new Preferred Investment Option shall in all other respects be identical with this Preferred Investment Option.
