Delivery of New Warrant. Unless the purchase rights represented by this Warrant shall have been fully exercised, the Corporation shall, at the time of delivery of the Warrant Shares being issued in accordance with this Article 3, provide by notation in the Warrant Register the number, if any, of Warrant Shares that remain subject to purchase by the Holder upon exercise.
