Delivery of Notice of Default. If the Seller shall declare an Event of Default, it shall deliver a Notice of Default to Custodian. Custodian shall notify the Buyer of the receipt of a Notice of Default, but shall have no further obligation or duty to inquire into the nature or validity of the Event of Default set forth in the Notice of Default.
