Delivery of Notice of Security Interest by NAI and Agent. To the extent required for the designation of a new Deposit Taker by BNPLC or any Participant pursuant to Section 4.5, or to permit the substitution or replacement of a Deposit Taker for BNPLC or any Participant as provided in Sections 4.4 and 4.5, NAI and Agent shall promptly execute and deliver any properly completed Notice of Security Interest requested by BNPLC or the applicable Participant.
