Common use of Delivery of Notices and Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Notices and Documents. the policies to stipulate that any notice or document to be served in relation to any policy may be delivered or sent by prepaid recorded delivery post (if within the Federal Republic of Germany), by prepaid airmail (if elsewhere) or facsimile process to the party to be served at its registered office or at such other address as it may have notified to the other parties in writing in accordance with this Clause.
