Common use of Delivery of Notices to Landlord’s Lender Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Notices to Landlord’s Lender. Subsequent to the receipt by Tenant of Notice from Landlord as to the identity and address of any Superior Party (which Notice shall be accompanied by a copy of the instrument creating such Superior Interest), no Notice from Tenant to Landlord shall be effective unless and until a duplicate original of such Notice shall be given to such Superior Party at the address set forth in the above described Notice. The curing of any of Landlord's defaults by such Superior Party shall be treated as performance by Landlord.
