Common use of Delivery of Notification Letter Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Notification Letter. With respect to each pool of Mortgage Loans to be serviced under this Agreement, the Owner shall use its best efforts to deliver or cause to be delivered to the Servicer a Notice of Inbound Transfer for such Mortgage Loans not less than thirty (30) days prior to the related Inbound Transfer Date (or as otherwise mutually agreed between the Owner and the Servicer). The Notice of Inbound Transfer shall include a statement of the related delinquency methodology to be used for the related Mortgage Loans as determined by the Owner.
