Common use of Delivery of Original Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Original Documents. Seller agrees to deliver to Buyer on or immediately following the Closing Date all original Leases, service contracts, plans and specifications, plot plans, surveys, soils reports and other original documents in Seller's possession pertaining to the Property which have not previously been delivered to Buyer.

Delivery of Original Documents. Seller agrees to deliver to Buyer on or immediately following the Closing Date all original Leases, service contractsand copies of Seller’s entire Lease file (excluding any attorney client communications or other confidential materials), Contracts, plans and specifications, plot plans, surveys, soils reports reports, Permits, Lease applications, books and records and other original documents in Seller's ’s possession pertaining to the Property which have not previously been delivered to Buyer(excluding any proprietary or confidential materials).

Seller agrees to deliver to Buyer on or immediately following the Closing Date the original Lease and all original Leases, service contracts, plans and specifications, plot plans, surveys, soils reports and other original documents in Seller's possession pertaining to the Property which have not previously been delivered to BuyerProperty.

Seller agrees to deliver to Buyer on or immediately following the Closing Date all unexpired original Leasesleases, unexpired service contracts, plans and specifications, plot plans, surveys, surveys and soils reports and other original documents in Seller's possession pertaining solely to the Property which have not previously been delivered to BuyerProperty.
