Common use of Delivery of Perfection Documents Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Perfection Documents. Upon the execution of this Agreement, and from time to time thereafter, the Debtor shall deliver to the Secured Party such Financing Statements, documentation, notices, and assignments, including assignments under the Assignment of Claims Act of 1940, as amended (collectively, the "PERFECTION DOCUMENTS"), as may be deemed necessary by the Secured Party to perfect the Security Interest in all Collateral.
