Common use of Delivery of Pledged Certificates Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Pledged Certificates. All Pledged Certificates, when delivered to the Collateral Agent, will be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with signatures appropriately guaranteed, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

All certificates representing Pledged CertificatesEquity Interests, when delivered to the Collateral Agent, will be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with signatures appropriately guaranteed, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

All certificates representing Pledged CertificatesCertificated Securities, when delivered to the Collateral AgentTrustee, will be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with signatures appropriately guaranteed, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral AgentTrustee.
