Common use of Delivery of Pledged Collateral Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Pledged Collateral. All certificates or instruments representing or evidencing the Pledged Collateral shall be delivered to Secured Party and shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, all in form and substance satisfactory to Secured Party.

Delivery of Pledged Collateral. All (a) Upon execution of this Agreement, all certificates or instruments representing or evidencing the Pledged Collateral shall be delivered to Secured Party and held by the Agent pursuant hereto and shall be in suitable form for transfer by deliverydelivery (subject to the receipt of all documents required pursuant to Section 12(d) hereof), or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Secured Party.

Delivery of Pledged Collateral. All certificates or and instruments representing or evidencing the Pledged Collateral shall be delivered to and held by or on behalf of Secured Party and shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or pursuant hereto. All Pledged Shares shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Secured Party.

Delivery of Pledged Collateral. All To the extent permitted by applicable law, all share certificates or instruments representing or evidencing the Pledged Collateral shall be delivered to and held by Secured Party pursuant hereto and shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, all in form and substance satisfactory to Secured Party. Secured Party shall have the right, at any time after the occurrence of an Event of Default, in its discretion, to transfer to or to register in the name of Secured Party or any of its nominees any or all of the Pledged Collateral.

All certificates or instruments representing or evidencing the Pledged Collateral Shares shall be delivered to and held by or on behalf of the Collateral Agent for the ratable benefit of the Secured Party Parties, and shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, all in form and substance satisfactory to Secured Party.

Delivery of Pledged Collateral. All certificates or instruments instruments, if any, representing or evidencing the Pledged Collateral shall be delivered issued to and held by or on behalf of Secured Party pursuant to this Agreement and shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, all in form and substance satisfactory to Secured Party.

All Upon the execution of this Agreement, all certificates or instruments representing or evidencing the Pledged Collateral shall be delivered to and held by or on behalf of Secured Party and pursuant hereto. All Pledged Collateral shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall thereupon be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment assignments in blankblank in favor of Secured Party, all in form and substance satisfactory to Secured Party.

Delivery of Pledged Collateral. All certificates or instruments certificates, if any, representing or evidencing the Pledged Collateral shall be delivered to and held by the Secured Party and shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed 136 instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Secured Party.
