Delivery of Pledged Equity Property. To the extent that any of the Collateral is evidenced by a certificate or instrument, then all such certificates or instruments (a) must be delivered to and held by or on behalf of Administrative Agent pursuant hereto, and (b) must be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, and (c) must be accompanied by all necessary powers, appointments and instruments of transfer or assignment, duly executed in blank.
