Delivery of Pledged Shares. All certificates, instruments or documents, if any, representing or evidencing the Pledged Shares will be delivered to and held by or on behalf of Lender pursuant hereto and will be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, will be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, irrevocable proxies, all in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.
