Common use of Delivery of Pledged Stock Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Pledged Stock. All certificates representing Pledged Stock delivered to the Agent by the Borrower pursuant hereto shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with signatures appropriately guaranteed, and accompanied by any required transfer tax stamps, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.

Delivery of Pledged Stock. All certificates representing Pledged Stock delivered to the Agent Company by the Borrower Pledgor pursuant hereto shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with signatures appropriately guaranteed, and accompanied by any required transfer tax stamps, all in form and substance satisfactory to the AgentCompany.

Delivery of Pledged Stock. All certificates representing Pledged Stock delivered to the Security Agent by the Borrower Grantors pursuant hereto shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with signatures appropriately guaranteed, and accompanied by any required transfer tax stamps, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Security Agent.

Delivery of Pledged Stock. All certificates representing Pledged Stock delivered to the Collateral Agent or its designee by the Borrower pursuant hereto shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with signatures appropriately guaranteed, and accompanied by any required transfer tax stamps, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Collateral Agent.

Delivery of Pledged Stock. All certificates representing Pledged Stock delivered to the Agent by the Borrower Holdings pursuant hereto shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with signatures appropriately guaranteed, and accompanied by any required transfer tax stamps, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.

Delivery of Pledged Stock. All certificates representing Pledged Stock delivered to the Agent Lender by the Borrower Company pursuant hereto shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with signatures appropriately guaranteed, and accompanied by any required transfer tax stamps, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the AgentLender.

Delivery of Pledged Stock. All certificates representing Pledged Stock delivered to the Agent by the Borrower Guarantor pursuant hereto shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with signatures appropriately guaranteednotarized, and accompanied by any required transfer tax stamps, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.

Delivery of Pledged Stock. All certificates representing Pledged Stock delivered to the Agent by the Borrower Debtor pursuant hereto shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with signatures appropriately guaranteed, and accompanied by any required transfer tax stamps, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.

Delivery of Pledged Stock. All certificates representing Pledged Stock delivered to the Agent by the Borrower Pledgor pursuant hereto shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with (if requested by the Agent) signatures appropriately guaranteed, and accompanied by any required transfer tax stamps, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.

Delivery of Pledged Stock. All certificates representing Pledged Stock delivered to the Security Agent by the Borrower Grantors pursuant hereto shall be in suitable form for transfer by delivery, or shall be accompanied by duly executed instruments of transfer or assignment in blank, with signatures appropriately guaranteed, blank and accompanied by any required transfer tax stamps, all in form and substance satisfactory to the Security Agent.
