Common use of Delivery of Premises Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Premises. Owner will make a good faith effort to make the Premises available to Resident on the Lease Commencement Date. If any delay does occur, Monthly Rent will not be due until the Premises is available to Resident. Either party may end this Lease Agreement by written notice to the other if the Premises is not available within thirty (30) days after the date the Lease Commencement Date, and any payment(s) made under this Lease Agreement will be refunded.
