Delivery of Principal Collections and Interest Collections. The Trust Depositor agrees to pay to the Servicer promptly (but in no event later than two (2) Business Days after receipt) all Principal Collections and Interest Collections received by the Trust Depositor in respect of the Loans, for application in accordance with Section 7.05 hereof.
