Delivery of Proceeds to the Lender and the Lenders. If from time to time the Bailee ever comes into possession or control of any identifiable cash proceeds arising from the sale of any of the Property, such proceeds shall be held by the Bailee in trust for the benefit of the Lender, and the same shall be paid and delivered to the Lender promptly after receipt by the Bailee.
