Common use of Delivery of Prospectus to the Underwriters Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Prospectus to the Underwriters. Not later than 10:00 a.m. on the second business day following the date of this Agreement, the Company shall deliver or cause to be delivered, copies of the Prospectus in such quantities and at such places as the Representatives shall reasonably request.

Delivery of Prospectus to the Underwriters. Not later than 10:00 a.m. on the second business day following the date of this Agreement, the Company shall deliver or cause to be delivered, copies of the Prospectus in such quantities and at such places as the Representatives Representative shall reasonably request.

Not later than 10:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. on the second business day following the date of this Agreement, the Company shall deliver or cause to be delivered, delivered copies of the Prospectus in such quantities and at such places as the Representatives Underwriters shall reasonably request.

Not later than 10:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. on the second business day following the date of this Agreement, the Company REIT shall deliver or cause to be delivered, delivered copies of the Prospectus (as defined below) in such quantities and at such places as the Representatives Underwriters shall reasonably request.

Not later than 10:00 a.m. on the second business day following the date of the execution and delivery of this Agreement, the Company shall prepare the Prospectus in a form approved by the Underwriters and the Selling Stockholder and file such Prospectus pursuant to Rule 424(b) under the Securities Act and deliver or cause to be delivered, copies of the Prospectus in such quantities and at such places as the Representatives shall reasonably request.
