Delivery of Purchase Price; Obligations At Closing. At closing, subject to the terms, conditions, and provisions hereof and the performance by Seller of its obligations as set forth herein, the Xxxxxxx Money shall be delivered to Seller (except any interest accrued thereon which shall be paid to Purchaser) and credited against the Purchase Price, and Purchaser shall deliver the remaining balance of the Purchase Price to Seller pursuant to Section 2 above.
