Common use of Delivery of Purchased Assets Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Purchased Assets. Commencing on the Closing Date and continuing thereafter, Seller shall cause to be delivered into the possession or control of Purchaser all of the Purchased Assets, which shall include, without limitation, the original copies of Contracts and the original copies of all records, files, documents, correspondence and papers pertaining to the Purchased Assets.
