Common use of Delivery of Purchaser's Closing Documentation Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Purchaser's Closing Documentation. The Purchaser shall deliver to the Vendor a certificate of status and two copies, certified by a senior officer of the Purchaser, dated as of the Closing Date, of its constating documents and by-laws and of the resolution authorizing the execution, delivery and performance by the Purchaser of this Agreement and any documents to be provided by it pursuant to the provisions hereof. The Purchaser shall also execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered two copies of each of such other documents relevant to the closing of the transaction contemplated hereby as the Vendor, acting reasonably, may request.

The Purchaser At Closing, each of the Purchasers shall also execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered two copies of each of such other documents relevant to the closing of the transaction transactions contemplated hereby as the Vendor, acting reasonably, may request.

The Purchaser shall also execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered two copies of each of such any other documents relevant to the closing of the transaction contemplated hereby as the Vendor, acting reasonably, may request.

The Purchaser shall deliver to the Vendor a certificate of status compliance and two copies, certified by a senior officer of the Purchaser, dated Purchaser as of the Closing Date, of its constating documents and by-laws and of the resolution resolutions of its directors authorizing the execution, delivery and performance by the Purchaser of this Agreement and any documents to be provided by it pursuant to the provisions hereof. The Purchaser shall also execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered to the Vendor two copies of each of such other documents relevant to the closing of the transaction transactions contemplated hereby as the Vendor, acting reasonably, may request.
