DELIVERY OF RECEIPT. The Borrower shall after it has made any payment of tax referred to in clause 9.1 (ii) (Tax gross-up) to the applicable authority use all reasonable endeavours to deliver to the relevant Lender an original receipt (or a certified copy thereof) issued by such authority evidencing such payment as soon as possible.
