In the event Executive's employment with the Company ceases for any reason, Executive will not remove from the Company's premises without its prior written consent any records, notes, notebooks, files, drawings, documents, equipment, materials and writings received from, created for or belonging to the Company, including those which relate to or contain Confidential Information, or any copies thereof. Upon request or when employment with the Company terminates, Executive will immediately deliver the same to the Company.
