Delivery of Redeemed Units. At the Closing, ETE Holdings shall deliver or cause to be delivered to ETP the Redeemed Units to be redeemed by ETP pursuant to this Agreement, together with such other transfer documents or instruments that may be necessary, or which ETP may reasonably request, in order to deliver to ETP the Redeemed Units, free and clear of all Liens.
