Common use of Delivery of Resignations Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Resignations. In the event that the Executive's ------------------------ services hereunder are terminated under any of the provision of this Agreement (except Section 7.1), the Executive agrees that he will deliver his written resignation as an officer and/or director of the Company to the Board of Directors, such resignation to become effective as of the date of his final date of employment as determined by the Board of Directors; provided, however, that -------- ------- nothing herein shall be deemed to affect the provisions of Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11 hereof. No severance payments under this Section 7 shall be made unless the Board of Directors receives such written resignation.
