The Seller, (i) contemporaneously with the delivery of this Agreement, has delivered or caused to be delivered to the Trustee or, with respect to the SBA Notes relating to the SBA ss. 7(a) Loans being delivered pursuant to (a) below, to the FTA, each of the following documents for each Initial SBA Loan and (ii) on each Subsequent Transfer Date, will deliver or cause to be delivered to the Trustee or to the FTA, each of the following documents listed in (a) - (e) below for each Subsequent SBA Loan originated by the Seller:
