Delivery of Seaport Entertainment Stock. On or prior to the Distribution Date, HHH shall deliver to the Agent, for the benefit of the Record Holders, duly executed transfer forms for such number of the outstanding shares of Seaport Entertainment Stock as is necessary to effect the Distribution.
