Delivery of Secured Instruments. Within 30 days after the date hereof, Navistar Financial shall deliver to the Trustee true and complete copies of all Secured Instruments as in effect on the date hereof. Navistar Financial will deliver to the Trustee, promptly upon the execution thereof, a true and complete copy of (i) each Secured Instrument entered into after the date hereof and (ii) each amendment, modification or supplement to any Secured Instrument.
