Common use of Delivery of Security Protection Notice Clause in Contracts

Delivery of Security Protection Notice. Subject to the provisions of Clause 14 (Enforcement) if, at any time while any of the Series 2020-1 (A2) Secured Obligations remain outstanding: (a) an Event of Default or Potential Event of Default in relation to the Series 2020-1 (A2) Notes occurs; or (b) the Note Trustee believes that the Series 2020-1 (A2) Secured Property or any part thereof is in danger of being seized or sold under any form of distress, diligence or execution levied, executed or threatened or to be otherwise in jeopardy; then the Note Trustee may, in its absolute discretion, deliver to the Issuer a Security Protection Notice in the form of Schedule 5 (Security Protection Notice) provided that, in all cases, it is indemnified and/or secured to its satisfaction.
