Delivery of Servicing Agreement Electronic Images to the Backup Servicer. On or prior to November 26, 2008, the Servicer shall deliver to the Backup Servicer electronic images of all existing servicing agreements and vendor contracts related to the Pledged Receivables (“Servicing Agreement Electronic Images”) in an electronic format mutually acceptable to the Servicer and the Backup Servicer. On each Backup Servicer Delivery Date following November 26, 2008, the Servicer shall deliver to the Backup Servicer all Servicing Agreement Electronic Images in an electronic format mutually acceptable to the Servicer and the Backup Servicer with respect to all then existing servicing agreements and vendor contracts which had not previously been delivered to the Backup Servicer.
